Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image when provided through Google Sign-In.
• Research and account activity: watchlists, blocked tickers, preferences, tracked trades, reports, notification settings, preview and membership status, and privacy-policy acknowledgments.
• Billing information: subscription status, Stripe customer references, and transaction-related records. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by Trade Ops.
• Notification information: browser push-subscription identifiers and delivery records when you enable notifications.
• Usage and technical information: page interactions, browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs. Google Analytics may collect and process some of this information.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide and personalize the dashboard; save research settings; operate previews, subscriptions, and notifications; understand product usage; maintain security; diagnose problems; communicate about the service; enforce our rights; and comply with legal obligations.

How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate Trade Ops, including to service providers such as Google for sign-in and analytics, Stripe for billing, cloud-hosting and infrastructure providers, and browser push-delivery services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Cookies and tracking

Trade Ops uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure usage. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not currently used to change Trade Ops behavior. You can restrict cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies will prevent dashboard sign-in.

Retention

We retain account and saved research information while your account is active or as reasonably needed to provide the service. We may retain billing, security, backup, and legal records for longer when required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Privacy and Terms acceptance records are retained so we can document the versions you acknowledged and accepted.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may disable browser notifications, sign out, or manage analytics and cookie controls through your browser. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email iriarte.michael@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

Children

Trade Ops is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International use

Trade Ops is operated in the United States. If you use the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as Trade Ops changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and may require signed-in users to acknowledge a new version before accessing the dashboard.
